How to make Shakshuka, and why did it end up in Spain.

Shashouka is an Arabic dish, connecting it to the time that Muslims reigned over Andalusia (711-1492). The whole Iberian Peninsula was called Al-Andalus in the Arabic world, and the name 'Andalusia' originates from this heritage.
